What is your refund policy?
We offer a 99-day guarantee on all first time purchases! We are confident you will love your SHINE supplements, but if for whatever reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your order within 99 days of your purchase date, please reach out to care@shinehealth.ca to have your order immediately refunded. Refunds can be in the form of a store credit or a cash refund which you will receive in 3 to 5 working days.

To keep our product costs down (shipping costs are expensive) and to limit the unnecessary traffic on our roads and the impact on the environment, you’re welcome to keep your product(s).

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.

Am I responsible to pay the shipping cost for a product refund?
No. Due to the environmental impacts and costs associated with return shipping, we don’t require our customers to ship their products back to us to process their refund. You can backyard compost or finnish your supply.
